At Jet Lag Voyages we believe in being transparent and honest. We pride ourselves in the valuable services we offer and as highly experienced and trained professionals, we charge limited service fees to assist you in every step of the booking process.
All Service fees are charged at the time of booking and include consultation, research, unlimited quote options, booking of all requested travel arrangements, review of passport details, entry/exit requirements as well as travel restrictions, travel updates, destination updates, electronic documents (or paper documents by request), no additional agency change fees, in destination support and if any issues arise, post travel requests and customer service submissions.
** All fees are subject to taxes and are collected at the time of original booking. Each individual booking or trip will be subject to it's own respective service fees. All service fees are 100% Non Refundable at the time of booking, however may be eligible to be claimed via travel insurance in the case of cancellation. Incomplete travel due to changes or cancellations will not deem services fees refundable in part or full. No additional service fees will be charged to the existing booking including but not limited to change fees. Service fees are determined by Jet Lag Voyages for the services provided and are subject to change. These fee's are in no way related to the supplier terms and conditions NOR do they waive or alter any supplier terms and conditions.
